The MobiNET Administration and Provisioning portal enables network administrators to effectively manage the distribution, allocation and usage of Route1 MobiKEYs across the enterprise. Administrators can create policies to limit user connections to enterprise resources and also audit all usage and access within the corporate domain.
Auditing controls enable network administrators to manage how many MobiKEYs are
authorized to access network resources, while ensuring users adhere to policies designed
to safeguard networks from unauthorized access.
The MAP portal provides enterprises with greater control over MobiKEY user access to
network applications and resources. It makes it easy to add and remove users, revoke
certificates, conduct audits on usage, and modify subscriber rights and privileges.
A local registration authority (LRA) enables administrators to validate users and
effectively control and manage the lifecycle of certificates, from selecting which users
are assigned security certificates, to revoking them in the case of loss, theft or change in
employee status.
Ideal for large-scale enterprise deployments from 50 to tens of thousands of MobiKEY
subscribers, the MAP portal empowers enterprises to use internal IT resources to
manage the distribution and allocation of MobiKEYs. This includes setting up policies
for usage, auditing user access to understand what resources are being accessed at any
given time, and visibility into how many Host computers are allocated to each MobiKEY
and vice versa.
While Route1 provides the simplicity of Web-based access to the MAP portal, multifactor
authentication and client-side certificates are used to ensure administration
remains a highly secure process.
